All items are subject to availability.

3. Orders and Payment Terms

Placing an Order:

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase goods under these terms. Order confirmation via email is an acknowledgment of receipt, not acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch your order.

Pricing and Payment:

Prices are listed in US Dollars. We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Payment is deducted at the time of order. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and refuse or cancel orders where an error is identified.

Shipping:

• Processing: Orders are carefully processed within 1-2 business days before dispatch.
• Methods:
  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx. Delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Complimentary Free Shipping: For orders over $50, via EMS. Delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch.
• Delivery Area: We ship globally, excluding select remote regions and parts of Asia. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by local customs processes.

Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

4. User Obligations and Responsibilities

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

• Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

• Non-Returnable Items: To uphold hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on:
  • Any used drinkware (from ALL DRINKWARE COLLECTIONS, Beer & Cider Glasses, Brandy Glasses, etc.) where the original hygiene seal is broken.
  • Personalized or made-to-order items (unless faulty).
  • Gift Cards.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving the returned item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Exchanges: Available subject to stock. If your chosen item is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or issue a refund.
• Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (incorrect or damaged item). We recommend using a trackable, insured service. We are not liable for items lost or damaged in return transit.

6. Liability Limitation

Dartington Shop crafts products with meticulous care. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the website or products is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
